Dollar Tree canned chicken turned into a decent pot pie last Tuesday

My oven died mid-bake and the crust was raw in the middle, so I tossed everything into a skillet with a $1.25 bag of frozen mixed veggies. It came out way better than the pie would have been. Anyone else fudge a meal when their appliance quits?
