Dollar store pasta is 20 cents a box here, but the sauce math surprised me

Wait, 20 cents for a whole box of pasta? That's wild, I've never seen it that cheap even at the clearance stores around here. And yeah, the sauce is where they get you, a decent jar runs like three or four bucks which makes the pasta price basically a joke. Ngl, at that point you're really just paying full price for some slightly better noodles, so the whole "budget meal" thing kinda falls apart.
