Vent: My neighbor told me I was ruining my deck by power washing it too often
He said I'm stripping the wood fibers every time I blast it at full pressure twice a year, and after checking the grooves he pointed out, I think he might be right, but what do you use instead to clean mold off between stains?

Power washing twice a year is probably way too much, that sucks he had to be the one to break it to you.

Twice a year is wild. Once in spring is plenty unless you live in a mud pit.
