Am I the only one who spent 2 hours hanging a ceiling fan in my Austin house and found out my ceiling box was plastic
I was standing on a ladder in the guest room with the fan half bolted up when the whole box flexed and I realized a fan rated box costs $12 but rewiring it meant cutting into drywall, so now the fan sits on the floor and I am just staring at it, what would you do?
