Why does nobody talk about sealing your driveway before a week of rain
Last Tuesday I finally filled the two big cracks at the bottom of my driveway with that $12 tube of crack filler, and I figured I was done. Then it rained five days straight here in Akron and I watched water sit in the low spot by the garage the whole time. Found out the hard way the cracks have to be bone dry before you fill them, and mine had a puddle in them from Monday night. Re-did it Saturday after two days of sun and the filler actually grabbed this time, no more spongy spots. How long do you all wait after rain before you trust the crack to be dry enough?
