Just swapped my cabin air filter after 2 years and wow

I finally checked my cabin air filter after reading a forum post about it. It was completely black and had leaves stuck in it, took me maybe 10 minutes to swap for a $12 one at AutoZone. The air coming out of the vents actually smells clean now instead of musty. Anybody else forget about this thing for way too long?

Wait, did you pull it out and actually look at it first?

Yeah but sometimes you can just feel it's wrong without needing to look.
