Tried building a shed with zero nails and it actually held up better

I built a 8x10 garden shed last month using only screws and wood joinery. I thought it would take twice as long and probably fall apart. To my surprise, the thing is rock solid and I didn't have to deal with any nail pops or rust stains. The key was using pocket hole jigs for the framing and deck screws rated for outdoor use. Has anyone else gone completely nail-free on a project and got a better result than expected?

Bro that's actually wild! I did a small deck with zero nails once and it came out way cleaner than I expected. The pocket hole jig really is a game changer for stuff like that.

Right, and the hidden fasteners are where it really shines. You don't get those ugly nail holes that collect water and rot out the wood over time. Did you seal the pocket holes with plugs or just leave them exposed? That's the only thing I'd worry about on a deck surface,
