Tried building a shed with salvaged barn wood and ended up with 3 extra walls

I got a bunch of old barn wood for free off Facebook Marketplace last month. Figured I'd finally build that storage shed I've been putting off for 2 years. Problem is the pieces were all different thicknesses so I had to shim every single stud and it took me like 4 extra days. Learned that reclaimed wood looks cool but absolutely sucks for keeping things square and plumb. Anyone else run into this nightmare trying to use old lumber?

3 extra walls"? Are you building a shed or a maze in there? I can't even imagine what you'd do with three leftover walls, that's a whole other shed right there.
