My sinking shed has me debating concrete versus gravel foundations.
I fixed my sinking shed by adding drainage, but now I see two camps: one for permanent concrete pads and one for adjustable gravel bases, which do you prefer?

How much leveling do you think you'll need down the road? I used gravel for mine because it's easy to adjust if the ground moves again. Concrete is permanent, but that's not always a good thing on soft soil.

Gravel does offer that flexibility, which is smart on unstable ground. But I've watched gravel beds wash out or sink in really wet areas. What specific soil conditions made you choose gravel over a more solid base? Are you dealing with seasonal water issues or just general softness? That could determine how often you're out there with a rake and a level.
