My old shed build took 3 weekends, but my new one was done in a single Saturday.
I used to measure and cut each board individually, but after watching a video from a builder in Phoenix, I started pre-cutting everything at once with a miter saw. That switch saved me SO much time and frustration. What's one small change that cut your project time in half?

Pre-cutting is a total game changer. I started grouping all my cuts by size before I even turn on the saw. Getting all the two-by-fours to length first, then all the plywood strips, makes the whole process flow so much faster.

Totally agree with @kelly_hart28 on this one. That method saves so much time and mental energy. You're not constantly resetting the saw or checking measurements for different pieces. It turns a messy job into a clean, step-by-step process. My cuts got way more consistent when I started doing it too. Just makes everything smoother from start to finish.
