A flooring guy told me my saw horses were wrong, now I cut on the ground

He was doing my parents' hardwood floor install and walked past my garage setup. Said my horses were too tall for my 5'4" frame, that I was overreaching and that's why my cuts were drifting. I laughed it off until I measured my workbench and sure enough it sat above my waist. Dropped the plywood on the grass and tried a few crosscuts kneeling. Night and day difference on the finish. Anyone else get a tip from a pro that made you feel kinda dumb but also super grateful?
