My tablet pen died mid-demo at a gallery opening in Oakland

I was showing a 60 inch piece on my tablet and the stylus gave out right as someone asked about my layering process, so I spent 10 minutes miming brush strokes with a dead pencil while the crowd awkwardly waited, has anyone else had a live demo fail at the worst possible moment?
