I spent $180 on a "pro" brush pack and all it did was make my line art look like mud
Bought one of those mega brush bundles from a big name artist in January because everyone on my timeline said it would fix my strokes. Instead every brush had like 40 settings pre-loaded and my tablet felt laggy in Photoshop. I ended up going back to a single 3px hard round brush I made myself in 10 minutes. If you're new to digital art, learn your own workflow first, don't buy a shortcut. What's the one art purchase you regret the most?
