Hit 500 followers on my art account last night

I've been posting digital portraits for 8 months and never thought I'd get past 200, but one fan posted my work in a big discord server and it just took off. Has anyone else had a random share completely spike their numbers?

Did that share come from someone with a decent size following or just a small server? I had a similar thing happen when a smaller account reposted one of my simpler sketches and it got way more traction than my more polished work. It's funny how one random person sharing your stuff can totally change the game, even if the numbers eventually settle back down.

I've actually had the opposite luck, river_fox18 - bigger accounts sharing my work did almost nothing, but a tiny comic forum drove all my real traffic.
