Tried a password manager after my bank called about a breach
I finally gave in and set up Bitwarden last week after my bank flagged 12 suspicious logins on my account from different states. I was using the same 3 passwords for everything like an idiot, and changing them all took me 4 hours. Has anyone else had that moment where you realize how lazy you were with security?

My dumb ass used to think password managers were just another way for hackers to get your info lol. But after resetting 40 different accounts in one night I get it now, the lazy way was way more dangerous.

dude i just read this article about how most data breaches are actually from reused passwords not some crazy hack. makes me feel dumb for using the same one for everything for years. bitwardens what i set up too, took me a whole night to change all my stuff but honestly worth it. the hardest part was remembering all the different accounts i forgot i even had. i saw somewhere that 80% of breaches are from weak or reused passwords so its scary how common this is.
