That day I accidentally clicked a phishing link and caught it in 30 seconds
Was checking my email at work last Wednesday and almost clicked a fake FedEx tracking link. Something felt off about the sender address so I hovered over it first. Turned out to be some phishing scam trying to grab our company login. Felt pretty good catching it that fast. You ever had a close call like that?

Read somewhere that most people don't catch phishing links for hours, so you did good.

That thing about not catching them for hours is pretty spot on from what I've seen too. Most folks I know only notice the scam a day or two later when they check their bank statement or get a weird charge. You catching it early honestly puts you ahead of the curve in my book.
