Broke my ankle on a shore day in Cozumel, and now I can't decide who was at the fault
Tripped on a wet curb right off the pier in Cozumel two weeks ago and spent the rest of the cruise in a walking boot from the ship's clinic. My wife says I should have watched where I was going, but I keep thinking the excursion desk should have warned us about the rain that morning. Who do you think should cover the $260 clinic bill, me or the cruise line?
