That one neighbor who waters his lawn at 3 AM every single night

Honestly, I moved into this house like 8 months ago and old man Gerald across the street runs his sprinklers at 3 AM sharp, not a minute before or after. I finally asked him why last week and he deadpan said "keeps the raccoons from holding meetings on my grass." Has anyone else got a neighbor with a super specific weird routine like that?
