Honestly, that phrase 'night habits' gives me the creeps. Read a story online once where a landlord was secretly watching the previous tenant through a hidden camera at night. Might be totally off base here but you could ask around the building or check online forums for that complex. Ngl, I'd be checking every smoke detector and vent in that place real quick. Better safe than sorry with stuff like this.
