Old Mrs. Kowalski used to leave dolls facing my window every single night until I put up a camera and caught her at 3 AM

I live in a second-floor apartment on Maple Street so she had to climb a ladder to prop that porcelain thing on my sill, and when I yelled out she just whispered 'you looked lonely' before dragging the ladder back to her yard, has anyone else had a neighbor who escalated when confronted?
