Old lady next door leaving weird stuff on my porch at night

I live in Portland and last Tuesday I found a jar of pickled eggs just sitting on my welcome mat at 11 pm. No note, no nothing. Then on Friday a single shoe showed up, a beat-up sneaker that wasn't mine. I knocked on her door Saturday morning and she just smiled and said she was 'clearing out old energy.' Has anyone else had a neighbor leave random things on their property without explanation?

Portland's full of quirky folks so this tracks. I read something online about people doing 'energy clearing' where they leave objects to soak up bad vibes from around a house. The pickled eggs are a new one on me though. Maybe she's got a whole spiritual system going on with random garage sale finds. At least she's not leaving raw chicken or something that'll rot and stink. You might end up with a whole collection of weird stuff if she keeps it up.
