Neighbor in Tucson left a single porch light on for 11 months and it took me 3 weeks to figure out why
The guy in the unit next to mine moved out last March but kept paying the power bill, and that one yellow porch bulb stayed on every single night while the rest of the place went dark. I finally walked over at 2am after a raccoon set off my motion light and saw the door had a fresh padlock and a note taped inside the window that just read "still here." Has anyone else had a neighbor keep a place half alive like that, and did you ever find out what was going on?
