My neighbor kept "accidentally" meeting me at the mailbox, so I started leaving 10 minutes early and he switched up his whole schedule
For about 5 months this guy in 4B would always be checking his mail right when I got home around 5:30, and he'd ask where I'd been and who I was with. I used to just smile and give short answers because I didn't want drama with someone I share a wall with. Now I leave work 10 minutes earlier and get home at 5:20, and surprise, he's suddenly out there at 5:20 too, like he's tracking me. What finally clicked was when my sister visited and he said "you had a guest over Tuesday" when she came on a Wednesday, which meant he wasn't guessing. So I started snapping a photo of my mail and my door when I get in, just for my own notes, and parking in a different spot. Has anyone else had a neighbor who changes their whole routine to match yours? I feel like I'm being weird for keeping a log but it also feels needed.
