Morning Routine on Maple Street gave me the creeps bad

I was pressure washing a driveway on Maple Street at 5 AM last Tuesday and my neighbor, a guy I've never seen before, came out and just stood on his porch staring at me for 12 minutes without blinking or moving a muscle, has anyone else had a neighbor that watches them like that?

Oh man, that reminds me of the time my neighbor's cat stared at me through my window for like 45 minutes while I ate cereal. Seriously unsettling. Hope you finished that driveway quick.
