Found out my neighbor has been keeping a detailed log of every time I leave my house

I was cleaning out the storm drain between our driveways last week and found a wet notebook. It had dates and times of my comings and goings for the past 3 months, even noting what I was carrying. I live on Maple Street in Lincoln and the handwriting matches the old guy two doors down. Has anyone else had a neighbor track their schedule like this?

Got a ring camera and it scared the dude off pretty quick lol.
