DAE think the scratching sound in my wall was just a mouse, then I saw the note?
So for about 3 weeks I kept hearing this light scratching in the wall behind my bedroom, mostly around 11pm, and I figured it was mice or the pipes. I put out two traps and even called a guy out, he charged me $85 and found nothing. Then last Tuesday I found a folded note stuck under my back door that said "you should fix that loose gutter, it's keeping me up." It was signed with the first name of the guy two doors down, who I've said maybe 10 words to in 4 years. I pulled the gutter off the next day and the scratching stopped, so now I'm stuck wondering if he was just being helpful or if he's been listening to my house that whole time. Anyone else get a note like that from a neighbor they barely know?
