My character backstory generator broke after 50 uses - found a weird fix

I've been using this free online prompt generator for my fantasy novel, but last week it just stopped giving me anything unique - kept repeating the same three ideas. Turns out I was clearing the browser cache every day which reset the seed, so it started cycling the same random outputs. Has anyone else hit a wall with a tool they relied on for writing prompts and found a workaround?

Same thing happened with my old coffee maker. Worked great for months then started making the same weak brew every day. Turns out I was rinsing the filter basket wrong and it was basically resetting the brewing pattern every time. Reminds me of how my phone keyboard started autocorrecting everything to the same few words until I stopped clearing the predictive text cache. These tools seem to need their little memory quirks left alone or they get stuck in a loop. Kinda makes you wonder how many other things in life work the same way without us realizing it.
