Three years ago I started radioing the ground guy before every blind pick, and it cut our re-rigs way down
We picked up the habit on a warehouse job in Fresno back in 2022 and now it's just how we run every lift, two quick calls and nobody's guessing. Curious if other crews do a set call like that or just wing it with hand signals.
