Saw a new guy try to boom up before leveling the outriggers yesterday
Guy on a site in Phoenix nearly tipped a 50 ton Grove because he was in a hurry. I had to yell at him to set the floats first. Has anyone else seen rookies skip steps like that and get away with it?

Float first" not "outrigger" before leveling but yeah rookie mistake.
