Noticed every new guy on site tries to lift too fast

I mean, I keep seeing these younger operators slamming through their picks like they're in a race. Last Tuesday we had a guy try to hoist a steel beam on a 90 ton crawler and he nearly whipped the load into a scaffold because his swing was way too aggressive. It took me about 5 years of running a Grove RT530 to realize that slow and steady saves your rigging and your reputation. Has anyone else noticed this trend getting worse on your sites?
