Just found out the Liebherr LR 13000 can lift 3,000 tons
I was watching a documentary on building wind farms and they mentioned this crane. I had to look it up because that number seemed crazy. It's used for offshore stuff mostly, but seeing the scale of it made me think about how much our gear has changed. Anyone here ever worked on a project with one of those monsters?

Bet those things are why wind farm foundations keep getting bigger.
