I finally started trusting the load chart after a near miss in Tacoma
Last month I was setting HVAC units on a 6 story building in Tacoma and my gut told me we had plenty of room on the chart, but the wind was pushing 18 mph and the load was swinging more than I liked. A 30 year guy on the crew pulled the chart out and showed me we were at 87 percent of capacity, which felt a lot tighter once I actually saw the number. How do you all factor wind into your pick plan when the chart says you are good but your gut says otherwise?
