Foreman told me my boom angle was off by 2 degrees last week and now I double check with a digital inclinometer before every pick
He showed me the load chart and how that little angle difference actually changes the safe working load by 1,200 pounds, so now I don't trust my eyeball anymore - has anyone else had a similar wake up call with their setup?

Did you read that article in CraneWorks about how some old-timers refused to use digital tools until they lifted a container that was way over its safe load? Two degrees sounds small but math doesn't lie I guess.
