One side says it's just routine park maintenance upgrades, while the other thinks it hints at a reactivated site for something else. What's a more likely explanation for the new hardware at a historic Cold War spot?

Honestly, it's probably just comms gear for the park service or coast guard. Those old bunkers are solid for mounting antennas. But fresh gravel on a secret road? Makes you wonder what they're not putting on the public map.
