Unpopular opinion: That 5G tower near my house in Austin did NOT cause my headaches

I've been tracking headaches for 3 months since they put up a new tower on 6th Street. Some days I get splitting migraines, other days nothing at all - no pattern matches the tower being on or off. My neighbor swears it's frying our brains but I think it's more likely the 90 degree heat and my bad posture at work. Does anyone else have actual data or proof on either side of this 5G health debate?

Totally fits the pattern of people blaming new tech for stuff that's been around forever, same vibes as folks swearing WiFi gives them brain fog but forgetting they stare at screens 12 hours a day.

yeah @hugo_craig11 kinda nailed it with the wifi brain fog comparison, that's basically the same logic here. but one thing that's not quite right in the post is saying the tower is "on or off" - 5G towers don't really work like a light switch that gets flipped. they're always transmitting at low power unless there's maintenance or an outage, which is rare. so if you're feeling symptoms on random days, it's almost definitely not the tower doing anything different those days. i'd bet a lot of money it's the heat and posture thing, especially since austin summers are brutal and long desk hours wreck your neck. people want a simple explanation for complex health stuff but bodies are way more random than that.
