Spent $80 on a 'declassified' document pack that was just recycled forum posts
I mean, it was basically a fancy PDF of stuff you could find for free with a basic search. Anyone have a good source for actual primary source material on government projects?

Ever try looking up old patent filings? I got super into the rabbit hole of weird 80s defense contractor patents once. Found a wild one for a "non-lethal acoustic crowd control device" that was basically a giant speaker truck. The drawings alone were worth the search time, and it's all right there on the government site.

Google patents is free and way easier to search.
