Just realized the moon landing hoax arguments dont hold up after I actually looked at the math
I used to be pretty sure the moon landings were faked. Then last week I watched a video from a guy who worked at NASA in the 60s and he broke down the trajectory calculations. He showed how the Saturn V had to reach exactly 25,000 mph to break orbit and how they tracked it with radar stations in Australia and Spain. The part that got me was the radiation belts - there is a specific window where the Apollo missions passed through the thinnest part in just a few hours. Has anyone else gone down this rabbit hole and come out the other side convinced?

The 25,000 mph figure is one of those things that looks made up until you actually run the numbers yourself. It's like when people claim vaccines are full of toxins without looking up the actual concentrations compared to food. Most conspiracy theories fall apart once you treat them like a medication dosage calculation and just verify the basic facts.
