I started asking 'who benefits' about every major news story after the whole 5G rollout mess, and it cuts through the noise instantly.

When they pushed the 5G health scare, I looked past the headlines and saw telecom stocks were tanking right before a huge government subsidy vote, which made me question the real source of the panic. Has anyone else found that one simple question changes how you see these debates?

That "who benefits" question really does cut through the noise, doesn't it?

My friend got totally wrapped up in a neighborhood argument about new parking rules. She was sending me these long texts about fairness and safety, until I just asked her who actually pushed for the change. Turns out it was one guy on the council who owns two rental properties with no driveways. The whole fight made a lot more sense after that. She said the question just cleared her head instantly.
