Always thought chemtrail folks were nutcases till I looked up at the sky last Tuesday
I live near Phoenix and there's a standard flight path over my house. Around 2pm I saw three planes in 20 minutes leaving these long, grid-like trails that just hung there for hours, not like normal contrails I grew up seeing. Checked FlightAware and they weren't commercial routes, plus the trails were thick and white, not wispy. Anyone else seen this pattern over your town and got a good explanation?

Hang on, three planes in 20 minutes? That is wild. I'm out here in Ohio and we get the normal contrails that fade in a minute or two, but I've never seen anything like a grid just sitting there. I mean, I get that weather can make trails last longer, but the thick, non-wispy part you mentioned gives me pause. Did you check if there was any weird haze or smell in the air after, or was it just the visual pattern?
