Just hit 500 square feet in a single pour for the first time and I am TIRED

Gotta ask how serious is serious here. 500 square feet is decent but it's not like you poured a whole driveway or a 20x20 slab. My cousin did a 6 inch thick slab for a shed pad last summer that was almost 700 square feet and he was bragging about finishing before lunch. He's also out of shape and smokes a pack a day so I'm having a hard time seeing how this is that big of a deal unless you were working with a really stiff mix or bad weather. The tired part I get because finishing concrete is hard on the knees and back but 500 feet is barely breaking a sweat for most crews I've seen. Maybe you're just not conditioned for it yet which is fine, but acting like it's some kind of marathon is a bit much.
