Three hours to fix a password issue that was actually a caps lock problem

I spent way too long on a remote desktop session yesterday for a client who swore their password was correct. After trying different combinations and resetting it twice, I finally asked them to look at the keyboard. They had caps lock on the whole time. Three hours of my life gone because of one little light. Has anyone else had a client fight you on the simplest stuff before you even check the obvious?

Oh man, I feel your pain. I've had people argue with me for twenty minutes that their keyboard is fine before I finally convince them to just check the caps lock key.
