That Thursday in Boise where every drive failed at once
Had a day last month where I fixed 5 machines by 2 PM, then the universe flipped. One HDD clicked, a laptop wouldn't POST after a BIOS update, and a server array dropped two drives at the same time. All three clients called within 40 minutes of each other, and each blamed me for the wind blowing wrong. I spent 6 hours rebuilding that RAID and still lost data from 2019. The kicker was the laptop, the CMOS battery was dead and the update reset the boot order. Has anyone else had a stretch where every single job fought back like that?

Did you see that thread about the RAID timeout bug on the firmware forums last week?
