That power surge in the strip mall off Route 17 fried 3 machines and I skipped the surge protector blame
Last Thursday a surge came through the strip mall on Route 17 and took out three client boxes at once, so before I sold anyone a new PSU I put a cheap surge strip on a meter and found it was clamping at 500 volts instead of 330, which means the strip was doing nothing and I now test strips before I trust them, has anyone else caught a dead cheap strip that looked fine on the outside?
