Rant: That server room in a dentist's office basement I visited Tuesday

I had to replace a hard drive at a dentist's office in Tulsa this week and their server room was literally a converted broom closet under the stairs. There was a single exposed light bulb and I nearly tripped over a mop bucket on my way in. Has anyone else walked into a 'server room' that was clearly never meant to hold anything more than cleaning supplies?

Three different clients this month had servers in closets that technically had broom hooks on the walls.
