Printer at City Hall taught me a thing about firmware
Fixed a Konica Minolta at Austin City Hall last Tuesday. It was looping paper jams for two weeks, turns out the firmware was from 2019 and had a known fuser bug. Updated it and ran 300 sheets clean. Anyone else run into machines where updating firmware beats tearing them apart first?
