Client called me a 'hack' over my cable management. She was right.

Had a small business client last Tuesday. Opened my caddy and she pointed to a mess of zip ties and loose loops. Said it looked like I was hiding something for the next guy. Took me 2 hours to redo everything with proper length cables and velcro straps. Felt stupid but the next service call was way faster. Anyone else had a customer call them out like that?

Never trust the first cable length you grab. Trim it.
