Update: My family's tool fights made me start a community library

Arguing over who gets the drill every holiday is stupid. We pooled our tools into a shared shed, and now no one fights. It's saved money and cut down on family stress.

Can you believe it? My uncle and my dad nearly came to blows over a cordless drill every Christmas. The shared shed idea saved so much money and drama. Most of those tools just gather dust for 360 days a year anyway. It's dumb for three houses on the same street to all buy the same exact thing.
