The mistake I see at every tool library is not labeling the cases, and I say this from 3 failed starts in Fort Collins
We opened a 40 member library here and lost a whole Saturday hunting for a 3/8 drive socket set that turned out to be in a plain black case nobody tagged. A strip of masking tape and a sharpie on each case would have saved that afternoon, and I still see new libraries skip it. What labeling system is everyone else running, paint pen, tape, or something that actually stays on?
