Shoutout to the guy who donated the tile saw to our library
I needed to cut a dozen tiles for my bathroom floor and thought I could do it with a cheap scoring tool. That was a mistake. It took me over 6 hours to get through the first 3 tiles, and the cuts were all crooked. I finally gave up and went to the tool library the next morning. I checked out the tile saw for free, and the whole job was done in about 45 minutes with perfect lines. Has anyone else tried to do a job with the wrong tool before finally using the right one from the library?

That tile saw story hits home. I spent a whole weekend trying to strip paint off a door with a cheap heat gun and chemical stripper. It was a sticky, smoky mess. What finally made you go check the library catalog? Were you just searching for "tile saw" or did you know they had a tool library already?

Oh man, that sounds like a special kind of hell. Honestly, I was just desperately searching the library site for "how to not ruin my bathroom" and stumbled on it.
