Serious question, why did the guy at the Rossville library branch act like I was stealing when I tried to donate my dad's old circular saw?

Wait, you tried to donate a circular saw to a library? That's the part that's throwing me. Libraries take books and maybe DVDs, not power tools, so the guy was probably just confused about what to even do with it. Next time try a Habitat ReStore or a tool library if your town has one.
